36.6. (Repealed).
36.6. Where the total amount of the real estate taxes and compensations exigible in respect of an agricultural operation exceeds $2 000, a person whose agricultural operation is qualified for reimbursement of real estate taxes and compensations may apply to the Minister for payment of an advance out of the reimbursement that is to be made by the Minister. The application must be in writing and must be accompanied with the documents and information prescribed by regulation.
The Minister shall pay the advance within thirty days after the date on which the application is received.
An advance granted under the first paragraph shall correspond to the amount of the first instalment of municipal real estate taxes exigible by the municipality or urban community.
